Use of automated software (bots), exploitation of game errors or loopholes, collusion in multiplayer games, money laundering, fraud, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. tc77 reserves the right to immediately close accounts and void balances where prohibited activities are detected or reasonably suspected.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
References to singular include plural, and vice versa. References to any statute or regulation include successor legislation. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
By registering an Account with tc77, accessing the Platform, or using any of tc77's Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with tc77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tc77 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tc77 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
tc77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All actions taken using your Account login credentials — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — will be attributed to you and you will be responsible for them.

All financial transactions on tc77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tc77 does not apply currency conversion fees to transactions processed via supported Pakistani payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
Deposits made to a tc77 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. tc77 does not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 PKR. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's tc77 Account balance instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one to three business days.
tc77 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds from any Player at any time, particularly in connection with large or unusual deposit patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities pending resolution.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 PKR. tc77 does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side; however, third-party payment provider fees may apply depending on the payment method selected.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification, and all applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been fully satisfied. tc77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a short period of approval by tc77's verification team. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to five business days to credit to the receiving account.
An Account shall be deemed dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tc77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with its published dormancy schedule, after providing advance written notice to the Player's registered email address. Fees shall not reduce a dormant Account balance below zero.
tc77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All such offers are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion.

Where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, tc77 reserves the right to void the bonus, void all bonus-derived winnings, and close the Account.
tc77 promotional offers are intended for genuine entertainment players only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tc77's total liability to any Player in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their tc77 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tc77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting tc77 support. Where a Player chooses to close their Account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to the Player's most recently used payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification and wagering requirement conditions.
Players who believe their Account has been suspended or terminated in error may submit a written appeal to tc77 at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the suspension or termination notice. tc77 will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, tc77's server-side transaction logs and game records shall constitute the primary and definitive record of the transaction. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.
tc77's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of tc77's right to enforce that or any other right or provision in the future.
